Itinerary

Upon arrival in Peru, you will be warmly welcomed at the airport and transferred to your hotel. This day is designed for you to relax after your international flight and adjust to the new environment. Depending on your arrival time, you may take a short walk, enjoy a meal at a nearby restaurant, or simply rest and prepare for the adventure ahead.

After breakfast, enjoy a guided city tour of Lima, Peru’s capital. The tour takes you through the historic center, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where you will admire colonial plazas, churches, and balconies. You will also visit modern districts to experience the contrast between Lima’s rich history and contemporary life along the Pacific coast.

You will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Cusco. Upon arrival, our staff will meet you and take you to your hotel. The rest of the day is free to rest and acclimate to the altitude. We recommend staying hydrated, walking slowly, and enjoying a light meal to help your body adjust to the Andean elevation.

In the afternoon, explore the historic city of Cusco with a professional guide. Visit the Plaza de Armas, Cusco Cathedral, and Qoricancha, the former Temple of the Sun. The tour continues to nearby Inca archaeological sites including Sacsayhuaman, Q’enqo, Puca Pucara, and Tambomachay, offering insight into Inca engineering and history.

Today you travel through the Sacred Valley of the Incas, visiting traditional villages, fertile farmlands, and impressive archaeological sites. Along the way, learn about Inca culture and Andean traditions. In the afternoon, enjoy time to relax at natural hot springs, the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploration.

Early in the morning, travel by train to Machu Picchu. Upon arrival, enjoy a guided tour of the iconic Inca citadel, learning about its history, architecture, and purpose. After the tour, you will have free time to explore or simply take in the breathtaking scenery before returning to your hotel.

This day is dedicated to visiting Moray, famous for its circular agricultural terraces believed to be an Inca agricultural laboratory. Continue to the Maras Salt Ponds, where thousands of salt pools create a unique landscape. Discover the traditional salt production process that has been preserved for generations.

At the scheduled time, you will be transferred from your hotel to the airport for your departure flight. This marks the end of your unforgettable 8-day journey through Peru, filled with cultural experiences, history, and breathtaking landscapes.
