These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between Andean Peru Discover, tour operator, and the client(s), including direct passengers and travel agencies. They apply to all reservations and activities booked through our website, via email, or in person.
The use of any of these booking channels implies full knowledge, acceptance, and compliance with the Terms and Conditions set forth herein.
Andean Peru Discover reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the client to review them periodically.
A reservation is confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit or full payment, as detailed in the booking request. The confirmation will include all services included and excluded. If the client fails to respond, acceptance of these Terms and Conditions will be assumed.
Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information, follow all instructions provided by Andean Peru Discover staff, attend mandatory briefings prior to the tour, and comply with all policies established in these Terms and Conditions.
Payments may be made via PayPal or other authorized methods. PayPal payments are subject to a 7% fee for international transactions. For groups of more than eight (8) people, bank transfers may be accepted upon request. All bank fees are the responsibility of the client.
Final payments must be completed prior to the start of the tour. Cash payments (USD or Peruvian soles) must be made during the pre-tour briefing. Torn or damaged bills will not be accepted. PayPal payments must be completed one week before departure.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email by the person who made the reservation. The following charges apply:
Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance incur no charge, except for non-refundable excursions. Cancellations between 10 and 30 days prior are subject to a 50% charge. Cancellations between 3 and 10 days prior incur an 80% charge. Cancellations made 2 days or less before departure result in a 100% charge.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows, early departures, or inability to participate due to illness or physical condition. Additional expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the client.
In the event of natural disasters, pandemics, or acts of God that prevent the completion of services, a partial refund of up to 50% may be issued, considering administrative expenses. If the tour route is modified due to these circumstances, no refund will be granted.
Date changes are subject to availability and modification fees. Changes made more than 30 days in advance incur a USD 50 fee per person. Between 21 and 30 days, the fee is USD 75 per person. Between 10 and 20 days, the fee is USD 100 per person. Changes made less than 10 days in advance are subject to variable rates.
Travel insurance is mandatory and must cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, accidents, and loss of baggage. Andean Peru Discover provides first aid assistance but is not responsible for medical or transportation costs.
By booking an adventure tour, clients acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved, including accidents, injuries, and unforeseen circumstances. Andean Peru Discover is not responsible for such events.
Clients grant Andean Peru Discover the right to use photos, videos, and images taken during tours for promotional and marketing purposes, free of charge.
